Phoenix Tropicals Gardening

I have the following plants gardenia, rosemary, bougainvillea, loquat tree (which is not doing good at this time and may not survive) purple fountain grass, manderin (satsuma) queen palms, mexican fan palm and pomegranate (which is also sickly) on a drip system and would like some suggestions on watering schedule for the summer months? Should we water everyday or every other day? We live in the San Tan Valley.

Our neighbor waters everyday for twenty minutes. Is this too much?

I have put the recommended schedule next to each plant.

gardenia = grass
rosemary = citrus
bougainvillea = citrus tending towards cactus
loquat tree = grass
purple fountain grass = no idea
manderin = citrus
queen palms = no idea
mexican fan palm = citrus I think
pomegranate = citrus I think but I'm not sure
