I planted seeds in Aug/Sept cant remember when but when ever the growing guide said to plant before winter. I have a couple of really big plants and lots of small plants that grew sometime over the winter. I have not seen any signs of brocolli though. Did the cold spell put an end of the production or do I still have hope. Will they last the summer?

Hmmm.. I am eating broccoli from the yard currently. I wonder why yours wouldn't be developing any heads. Not even small heads? No, they do not make it through summer. Strictly a winter crop here.

Dana Carvey. Chopping broccoli. Whenever I cut broccoli I think of this silly skit.
