Have a few that are flowering even though they germinated in summer and were grafted in Sept, weird

How much? Lol its nice,what grows faster?,a grafted or a seedling?

Seedlings grow faster. Grafted produce quicker and with better fruit. Are you after quantity or quality?

Start with a mature tree. Manillas take awhile to fruit so get a tree close to or already fruiting.

Try the local nurseries first here in town. That way you can inspect the tree before purchasing.
