Passionfruit leaves turning yellow

After an extensive fertilization (for it to leave dormancy), it seems my passionfruit has responded poorly. It is in a 7 gal gal pot. The leaves are turning yellow and wrinkling, but it seems that if I were to flush the roots out with water, the fertilizer would flow out. It doesn't seems like salt burn and I have never heard of passion fruit responding poorly to fertilizer. Before the fertilization in mid February, the leaves were light green and not growing.

What would be a good fertilization regimen for passionfruit?

Maybe you are keeping them too wet.

WHAT? I've been keeping it constantly wet ever since the leaves started falling off. On the bright side, I've identifies some new growing tips on the branches, while some main branches are dying. Even though I feel overwatering is not of concer because it is ina pot, I'll take your advice. I still have that 1 year warranty from Lowes as a backup plan.

Yah, it's been experience that if you keep passion fruit constantly soaked they get sick and yellow.
