Curling and Yellowing leaf in Lemon tree.

Hi,
I recently owned a house in Arizona and it has a 8'+ lemon tree outside. This winter it gave lots of lemon. I did not picked up all of them, may be some. After Valentine's day i gave some Citrus fertilizer around the root (approximately 2 ft from the root) and watered it 1-2 days next. Now i am seeing many leafs are yellowing also leafs are curling. There are lots of flowers and new leafs are coming but they are also curling. Not sure what's wrong with it. Any suggestions are really helpful.

Your tree looks pretty good. I wouldn't worry about it too much. Some things to note.

Firstly, its best to fertilize on the drip line of the tree, which means right on the edge of its canopy. 2 feet sounds a little too close for a tree of that size.

Secondly, chemical fertilizers are generally a little too strong so I use a quarter of what they recommend, if I use them at all. Fact is, I rarely fertilize my lemon and it does just fine. If you want to be really gentle with your tree use Fish Emulsion instead of chemical fertilizers. You can find it at Home Depot. Lemons are super vigorous and it you fertilize it a lot it will grow like crazy and you'll have to trim it a lot.

Also, it is easy to overwater a citrus. Since it has been raining a lot and its not hot out lately I haven't watered my citrus in months. See the website for general water recommendations.
