Can anyone help me? I transplanted this plumeria into the ground in March. Its not June and leaves have come out, but they are starting to turn yellow. Its on the west side of my house, but has a garage to the east to protect from afternoon/evening sun. It does get direct sun in the heat of the day. I gave it some high phosphorus rose fertilizer.

Is this sun burn? Too much water? Salt burn? Too little water?

Can anyone help me?

Sorry. Didn't see your post until now. Mostly likely you are watering them too often. I only water my plumerias in the ground once a week max even in the hottest driest part of summer. Sunburn looks different and is very obvious.
