We don't see many of these in town. This one was hanging out in our yard the day before a big freeze. Maybe too cold in the mountains for it? Unfortunately, it is very skitish and I had to take a photo at full zoom x18 and couldn't hold the camera steady enough. Oh well.

The funny thing is that later that evening it found a gap in one of my frost covers on one of my trees and decided it was a good place to spend the night. When I turned my lights on in the frost tent later that evening it start going "peep, peep, peep" and soon vacated the premises.
