I saw that you had a lucuma tree for sale (that sold) and wondered if you could tell me if there are any special instructions on growing the seed. I have a couple from Peru that I would like to plant. I'm in Iowa Park TX (zip code 76367).

Lucuma cannot survive temperatures much below freezing so you don't want to put them in the ground where you live. As far as germinating the seeds, just plant them an inch or so deep in decent potting soil and keep the soil moist but not too wet. If I recall correctly, ucuma seeds take a long time to germinate so you'll need to be patient.
