Is this a Mexican Bird of Paradise?

Small tree 6'-7', small yellow flowers in spring for about a month or so, which cluster a lot like Red Bird of Paradise flowers.

Thanks for the confirmation. I was pretty certain until this shook my confidence: http://www.desert-tropicals.com/Plants/Fabaceae/Cassia_biflora.html

Looks like the cassia has a finer fern like leaf and a darker bark. It is also more a shrub while the Mexican Bird Of Paradise is more of a small tree.

Now that pic really clarifies it, thanks. I looked at so many pics, and none really clarified the difference as that does.
