I have 3 plants.. one on the side of the house only getting 3-4 hrs direct sun
and 2 along the north east wall in pretty much full sun between my 2 grape vines, typically the wall shades them around 4pm or so
the one with less sunlight actually has more fruit set then the two in full sun.. im thinking maybe these guys dont enjoy too much sunlight.. some of the leaves look a little burnt on the plants with more exposure
i might transplant them so they are all along the side of the house

I they are like my blackberries they do best with North and East exposure. In other words, protected from Southern and Western sun exposure. The sun rises in the Northeast in summer so they actually get plenty of morning sun in that location, but are protected from the really hot stuff. |
