This is the best my Brewsters has every looked. It's currently flowering. It's been in the ground almost 10 years. Yes, it's extremely slow growing and I don't think being next to the AC helps it, because the wind from the machine dries its leaves. However, it is right below a place where the roof dumps rain water.
