I have 3 Surinam Cherry bushes, but they are young and haven't flowered yet. How do these taste?

Good to know. I was wondering if I would like them since I have heard different opinions of them. My 3 are Lolita, Vermillion and a Florida Purple. I was told that the Purple and the Vermillion were sweeter than the Lolita. Sour cherry is ok too though, good for pies or other baked goods.

I've had one grown here that someone gave me and it tasted like gasoline. Ha ha. Maybe it was a seedling. I have heard they can be good though. Okay, I've never tasted gasoline, but it tasted like gasoline smells.
