Or know somene that does this ?
Goal this year is to not water my tropicals with our "bad " water .
Does anyone setup water systems for a living ?

I find and think that my water has been adding tons of bad stuff to my soil and slowly killing my mangoes / bananas / papayas etc
Guava and citrus don't seem to mind it so far.

I need a different setup this year to make my soon to be newly planted mangoes thrive.
any help is appreciated!

When you say 'water systems" do you mean a water
purification system?

It's really not too hard if you are handy yourself.
They have simple "in-line" filters at Home Depot or Lowe's,
and more complicated stuff too, there or if you go online....

I live in Palm Springs so don't really have anybody I can
recommend for your area...

Thanks Amberdog will check those out. I need something for my outdoor / inground plants. A friend of mine has a calcium (mostly)/ contaminant reduction filter you screw on to your hose. He said it helps a lot with the salt burn when he waters his plants.
I however am looking for something that spits out more cleaner water. I will check online also .

Maybe some kind of tank setup ??????

A rainwater tank might be what your looking for. Search the forum. There are quite a few posts on that. Also, a lot of burning is caused by accumulated fertilizer salts. Try forgoing the fertilizer and start using a thick layer of mulch instead.

If you can manage to divert all the water to one spot from a 2000 sq. ft. home you can get about 400-500 gallons in one good rainstorm. I just use my 90 gallon recycle barrels but I've seen people post on here with some really big setups.

For example:
