Nangkadak is a new species produced by cross pollination between a female jackfruit (Artocarpus heterophyllus) from Riau and a male cempedak (Artocarpus integer Merr) from Leuwiliang, Bogor.
This variety has been certified by the Indonesian Agriculture Ministry.

The advantages of Nangkadak:
