I recently planted some fruit trees on a hillside and they have been watered by drip for 50min every other day so far this summer in southern ca. The lemon, orange and tangerine (among avocado, lime and passion fruit) are showing signs of magnesium deficiency. I have sprayed the leaves, I have applied epsom salts but it doesnt seem to be taking or helping. Any advice? |

If you are 100% sure that they need magnesium, then try a micro nutrients spray with magnesium in it. If you've already done that, there isn't much you can do except elemental sulfur or compost. Hopefully it's not disease, cause then you'll have to burn them. Sorry for the late reply! |
