A friend of mine has 2 Hong Kong Orchid trees (white flowers with pink/purple centers) and I absolutely love these trees. Do you know where I buy one? I'd like to start out with a small one with room to grow, not a full-grown tree. _________________ fourwheelinit |

I bought my Hong Kong Orchid at Baker's nursery in Phoenix. However, the flowers you are describing sound like a Purple Orchid Tree which you can find almost anywhere in town.
Hope this helps. |

I am not very familiar with the Tipu tree. Do you have experience with this tree? Is it hardy for our Phoenix soil/climate? A client is considering for near the pool, but from what I have read it's leaf and fruit droppings may suggest this is not an ideal tree choice-thoughts? _________________ http://www.braindumps.co/642-813.htm

Tipu grows super fast for me. It does flower and drop leaves in the winter from what I recall but I have never seen it fruit. |
